I feel terribly bulldozed. abused by northwards housing so far . deliberately misleading , emotional blackmail issue . i received inaccurate outstanding rent bill also. deliberatly financial abuse & try to string me along . disgusting about condesending response by northwards housing team. deeply feel sympathy for northwards housing

I can't quite believe the terrible service provided by this association and I haven't even moved in yet. Signed for the house on the 1st of June. The dirt in the house I was expected to move into is just indescribable...it is also flea ridden. I was covered in bites whilst going around and attempting to clean the place up and decorate. Subsequently I had to get pest control out who have sprayed the floors which left me unable to even enter the property for a week whilst I was waiting for the appointment they gave me. Three weeks rent I have paid up to now and I have 3 children I am supposed to be moving into the property ...I have had to use 3 days holiday for appointments to deal with things that should of been sorted before they even let the property out. Still getting bitten now ..which is probably due to the amount of muck hairs and God knows what behind the radiators which I have now noticed whilst trying to decorate. No radiator in the kitchen...and the list goes on. Pointless making complaints because they seem to pay incompetent people to do jobs that are not quality checked afterwards...had a cleaner take my keys for two days and could not see any difference whatsoever. Livid is an understatement. Northwards housing if you can't afford to keep up with repairs at least rent out clean properties to people it is nothing short of disgusting. May as well be a Victorian slum....shocking!!

An appalling organisation seeking to cover its expenses arising from their own mistakes from tenants, with a truly disappointing system of management, among other things. From personal experience, after nearly half a year of having left the property, they managed to fabricate fees for allegedly false claims after years of disrepair at the property.

Homophobic, then when you complain you are constantly told to make a complaint to perpetrator responsible for the behaviour. They then blocked me on whatsapp and refuse to communicate with me repeating that myself in particular can only communicate in writing to the homophobic manager. DESPITE all the publicity they churn out claiming to support the LGBTQ+ communities. Even though I have pointed out this is Discrimination contrary to equality act 2010... They don't care.

The worst housing association I have ever heard. They do nothing We don't have funding for this and that is universal answer to most of problems I can't bear the attitude of my housing officer at all. I don't feel being welcomed. But the other servicing members are friendly and helpful.
