Love this gym! The classes are the best-I love Garry for club strength and I love body pump with Heather and Angie. There is a new teacher for club strength on Sundays who is awesome, his name is Isaiah-his class is P90x style. I'd like to see more of a selection of classes on Friday evening after 5pm-specifically a body pump or club strength class.

Love NW Sport and Health. I can always get on an elliptical. Just started a barre class--for strength. With good music and teachers, the hour goes by quickly.

There are some good instructors for Body Pump and Gary is awesome. The classes have zero circulation

There are some good instructors for Body Pump and Gary is awesome. The classes have zero circulation and none of the rooms have fans even for the spinning. I wish they would change up the class schedule, it has been pretty much the same for the last two years. Nice facilities and well maintained.
