Never had a problem always happy to see you and made me comfortable due to beibe scared of the dentist

This dental practice is terrible first of all there’s a rude dentist called shraddha vishnupurikar Also Known As sherry ... she doesn’t check your teeth correctly ... and she requires a different appointment for each tooth ..she doesn’t clean your teeth when you have booked an appointment for that ... on top of that to get to her room you have to climb so many flights of stairs and the higher you get the hotter it gets and the oxygen level decreases ... then second of all the rude receptionist doesn’t book appointments for you when you need them ... and when she does give you an appointment she gives you it with sherry .. which I think I’ve told you enough about ... so I suggest you don’t join these guys and find a different dentist ..thanks for reading my review

I had a long procedure on my tooth and I was cared for very well, the dentist and dental nurse that I had were very welcoming. The dentist would go into full detail about dental care and all the infomation that I needed to know. This gave me great confidence. The only thing that I would say is that only one of the receptionist seemed a little moody, on a few occassions. I smile goes a long way. But overall treatment, top class.

Rude staff at reception she just argues! Booked an appointment only to find they have gone private and would cost more! After 6pm! Other dental surgery says filling done isn't to a high standard and is the reason behind a numb mouth. Sort your rude unhelpful reception staff !!!!

Sought treatment in an emergency on a Saturday. Receptionist was horrible and convinced no appointment could be made for at least a week. I am horrified that I am registered to use such people to care for me. My name will be removed from their register with immediate effect. They also failed to diagnose a tooth that needed a fill-in in the past.
