I was in need of s new TV and was told by a friend that P.C. Richards was a great place to find a truly reasonable deal. I looked on their website and came across a model i liked and decided to check this location out. Upon arriving there the staff were friendly as directed me to where the TVs were located. Going to the sections where they were i was assisted by an employee named Kevin i believe his last name was Best. He was extremely helpful and unbelievably patient while i asked what had to be a million and one questions about the product. I just wanted to say thank you so much Kevin you definitely exceeded excellence in the customer service experience, I’m so happy with the TV and will probably be back soon to purchase that sound bar you showed lol!

Max and Adrian saved my Christmas! Let me back up a little and explain; I am a terrible shopper. I waiver and procrastinate when it comes to buying gifts for events or holidays, and when I actually shop in person I require much assistance but am too awkward to ask for help correctly. So if you're anything like me, this P.C. Richard & Son is ideal. The roving sales representatives flag customers down and are incredibly friendly and insightful, offering opinions and advice that, at least for me, is much needed. Max basically ensured that everything I was searching for was taken care of, and he and Adrian looked up incoming orders to make sure an out-of-stock item I was hunting for would be available for me before the holidays. I spent about 20 minutes at this location total and left completely satisfied, reassured and relieved that I hadn't ruined Christmas with my shopper's anxiety, and it's all thanks to this P.C.
