Purchasing four appliances from Pacific Sales started out wonderfully. We felt so lucky to have Erika as our salesperson. She really listened when we expressed the "must have features" we were looking for in our new appliances. She was so knowledgeable about all the different brands and models, that with her guidance, we happily picked out and purchased a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. As others have mentioned, the problems began with the delivery services. However, we went back to the store, and Ericka, spent 2 1/2 hours straightening everything out for us. Throughout the process, which did take some time, she was unfailingly patient, polite, and efficient. Erika extended herself to make sure that we had the best customer service experience possible, and we ultimately did. Should we need anything else in the future, we would head right back to Erika. Our thanks to her.

Walked in just to look at a gas range I saw online. I like to shop around and compare prices, so didn’t think I would buy that day. Linwood (Appliance Specialist) was very knowledgeable, fun, and easygoing. We purchased a gas range that day and have no regrets. We will be back to purchase additional appliances. Great customer service!! Linwood in the Appliance department was always helpful and answered my many, many questions regarding kitchen appliances and explained the differences among the many different brands. He coordinated my product deliveries and made sure that there were no delays. Greg with Plumbing department also made sure all plumbing elements were included in my order and helped me select the best products for me.

Me and my dad experience was awesome! Mr. Linwood met us at the door, and greeted us. Afterwards, he showed us the full show room floor and products, and answered all our questions with great product info. And before we knew it. We where purchasing a black stainless steel refrigerator and a stove. Thanks Mr. Linwood, appreciate you making things easy.
