Disappointed with the service done on my car. Took for ever to complete the said repair works. Received the car with too many quality issues and poor paint job. Had to go back for rework. The worst received an un-drivable vehicle, they claimed a test drive done and all checked ok! Had to go to another shop to fix.

The best service I have experienced in a garage by far. Ask for Sowgandh - he took the time to explain every single detail to me. He was clear about how long the repair would take, and very flexible and accommodating when I requested it to be ready earlier. The car was returned to me on time, clean and in perfect condition. All in all it was a great experience, I highly recommend them, especially Sowgandh!

This is, by far, the WORST garage I have ever visited in Dubai and the UAE. It was allocated to my by my insurance. After 2 months and 5 days, the car is still not fixed!! I have had to take it back to them 4 times to fixe things (bumper cracked , poor paint job, new dents, installing wrong way door knobs or even windows not working...) that, because of the little attention to detail and lack of expertise, have been done wrong. Poor follow up with the costumer and a lot of excuses. would NOT recommend this place ever. UPDATE: After a more through examination of the car, I found out that the paint job has multipe flaws, the undercarriage pannels have been damaged when removed and, or not fixed, or fixed with zip ties, scrwes are missing, found zip ties loos in the engine bay, really close to the belts... a mess. On top of it, called the manager of the garage and ended up screaming to me because I raised a complaint to the Insurace about the quality of the work. Bravo...
