I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Sherlock Holmes museum (three minute walk). The location is amazing: grocery stores, pubs, restaurants and Regent's Park are at your doorstep. Our room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable (loved the linens). I really appreciated the selection of daily newspapers and lemon ice water in the reception area. The buffet breakfast offered hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit and a deli and pastry selection. But what really sets this hotel apart, the staff. Everyone from the front desk, concierge to housekeeping were friendly and professional. (The only recommendations I would offer to the hotel, bedside lamps and hairdryers would be nice.) All in all, great experience that exceeded my expectations. I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat! Bonus: A movie theater is walking distance from this hotel (great for rainy days).

The experience was excellent. I stayed here for the Christmas Holidays. The rooms where comfortable, clean and cozy and we where happy about it. The staff was very polite and they were always willing to help us in any way they could. The location was awesome. Baker street is a central place with a lot of cafe restaurants with public transport and the well known underground station baker street. We had a wonderful vacation and we will remember them always.
