I received very good customer service at this location. The Manager was very patient and very nice. All the cashiers were helpful. I was there for two hours buying items for a 25th anniversary. Purchased way too many balloons that couldn't fit in my car. The manager helped me to fit all the balloons and helped me to pull out of the parking lot. I ended up going to another Party City in Pembroke Pines and didn't receive the same treatment. I will definitely return to the Davie location going forward. The pictures I included are not even all the balloons or the decorations I purchased.

Called them last min. Looking for ROUND table cloths on yellow. Everyplace had white but not yellow. To my suppress they had them and at $2.19 each I didn't feel gouged! She put the on the side and 15 min later I had my 10 round yellow table cloths!! Loved it!!!

They have everything you can imagine. Prices are high, they need to give out more store coupons, like bed bath and beyond does. Great for costumes for Halloween. Shop there when I have no choice.

I came here for my daughter's birthday party. Last minute deal, which I was able to decorate for my daughter. Party city is overpriced and the selections should be better for the price that you pay. However, since I was last minute shopper and didnt plan right. I paid the price. The store itself is messy, and unorganized. And it lacks employees. I found the same decorations in my local family dollar store a few days later. Plan better and you'll never have to pay for decorations ar overpriced party city

Being a retail worker myself, I understand how frustrating it can get when the system goes down and you have customers waiting, but there wasn’t even a handful of customers within the whole store and the I guess manager or whoever she was, short Hispanic lady there was rude af. We just wanted to purchase balloons for my boyfriend’s birthday and see the choices we had, but the lady just walked to a poster that had balloons on it, slapped her hand on the counter and told us that’s what they got and went back to the register where another cashier was at.. like she didn’t even offer good customer service, good customer service is attending the customer, telling them their options, interacting with whom ever the customer may be. She was fine attending the Customer who spoke to her in Spanish even laughed and what not. I don’t know maybe next time I’ll just speak to her in Spanish and hope I get better customer service, if I even come back here. This party city needs a new leader.
