What a scam car park. I parked here in 6 hours 30 mins and I had to pay £18 even I haven’t lost m

What a scam car park. I parked here in 6 hours 30 mins and I had to pay £18 even I haven’t lost my ticket unlike the price list shows £12 for 6-10 hours. My friend who parked in the same time with me had the same problem. Was machine ticket broken? Or that’s how you steal your customers’s money. Terrible car park ever. Never use your car park again
