Disgusting service and over priced Walked in and have my hair straight with straightener iron £20 because said that it would take 30min to do it, not offered a drink either heat protector, couldn’t hang my cardigan only place they gave me was a chair that was full of someone else hair and not bothered to clean it , lady did my hair in 12min and not even talked to me during my service Not pleasant I would never come back ,,, I want a partial refound I could’ve had my hair done in any easteuropean salon and had a better service

I started coming here a year ago because I liked the hairdresser Nina. She is very friendly and cuts my hair so nicely. However, the last time I came, I turned up and the girl behind the desk lied to me saying they tried to call me several times to cancel my appointment. I had no missed calls or voicemails from them. Since I had turned up, they found another hairdresser for me. My first impression was that this lady was the cleaner. No disprespect to her personally, but rather to the shop and the girl behind the desk - she was a bent old lady who really did look like she was a cleaner. All I asked for was half an inch trim. She took over an hour and ended up cutting over 2 inches of my hair that I was trying to grow long!!! Apparently this lady's name is Christina. I really wonder if she was at all experienced and I paid £50 for this!!!!!!! I really thought I had finally found a good hairdresser, but after this experience, I don't think I would trust them to go back.

I have been using this hairdressers for about a year and always had lea cut my hair she is amazing listens to what you want and helped me get rid of a terrible perm! Thanks again lea will always travel to get my hair cut by you! Highly recommend asking for her.

I have been going to this salon since it was Steiner. Have had a number of different stylists. I moved out of the area in 2013 but still continue to use this salon due to old bonds. While my current stylist is lovely, overall I have to say that the quality of customer perks and care could be better. Rarely does this salon do any real deals or discounts for old and loyal customers. There are a number of part time staff which means often I do not get appointments on the days and times I want to, as I am reliant on my stylist working on the day. Having said that, I have never walked out of the salon feeling dissatisfied with the treatment.

My girlfriend asked for chocolate / dark brown hair colouring. Firstly she was mucked around with last minute cancellations. Then the colouring turned out to be closer to jet black, way too dark and a nightmare to recolour afterwards. The staff were rude and unprofessional, especially the receptionist. They offered a 20% discount to rectify it which was far short of adequate. Would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value good service and quality of work.
