First time here and let me say they pulled it off!! I called last minute for a cake and they fit me in with ease! (last bakery fell through) Anyway not only are they friendly the cake was gorgeous and tasty!! They have my business from now on! Edit: The name (samuel) I did it with wooden letters. I told the bakery not to do it but i changed my mind after the fact so I bought letters.

Great experience, German chocolate cake was not as fresh as I would have liked, after Making this fact known to the 2 women in bakery.it was taken care of with a freshly made Cake,I was given complimentary coffee and donut. This is the old mom and pop courtesy People seen once upon a time for customer satisfaction. Thank you! 7-21-18.

This place is falling off! I have ordered lots of cakes from this place and was always satisfied until I recently purchased an 21st birthday cake this weekend for my daughter. I ordered a 9 inch yellow cake with Strawberries, Cream cheese and Whip cream on for the top of the cake. I received very little Strawberries and Cream cheese and lots of Whip Cream. The cake was not good (not fresh) wasn't moist at all. Seem like the cake had been sitting for days for a call for an order. There wasn't enough of fillings for the cake, tasted like a whip cream cake that had been sitting up for days! I called today asked to speak with a manager. After, I talk with a lady manager she told me to take a picture of the cake and send it in and let the owner figure out what to do next time. This place sucks! She never ask for my information nor did she gove me the owners information so that I can call back. But, why are you called the manager if you can't handle situations and the customer has to await for the owners response. What store does that???? So, I guess no one reach me for a response because THE MANAGER didn't ask for my information for THE OWNER! NEVER WILL I PATRONIZE THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN ....
