The staff are really helpful and do their best to help. The police prosecution are not at all helpful and behave in a bullying, condescending manner. Some of the magistrates and court room staff are 'full of themselves'. They're so busy running the Magistrates' Court sausage machine and so full of preconceptions that they have no time to listen to the people who appear before them.

Terrible service. I was waiting for over 2 hours on the floor (there is a lack of seats) with a sore back then told we have to wait longer again. The staff really need to organise their days better as it hinders everyone else's day dramatically.
