Very poor customer service in ordering rubber parts for a glass dining table purchased sometime back from them . We had to remind constantly and no firm date was providrd nor proper responses to the constant follow up. This was despite the fact that it was a safety risk for the family. While shipment courier came after almost more than six weeks, full cost was charged with no explanation!

By far the best furniture store in UAE. Roche bobois is a beautiful brand with the best prices for such great quality. It does not matter if you buy a chair or do your whole house everyone is dealt fairly and with respect. I will be coming back for sure!

A very poor experience with this store. The store failed to deliver on time and refused to make ammends or be slightly flexible. At this price level you would expect professionalism, quality and service. Although the quality of the furniture was good, there was no professionalism or service to speak of.. especially from the owner who was uncompromising and rude.

However as a returning customer of Roche Bobois Dubai; I haven't experienced anything but professionalism and cooperation from the respected owner.
