THE VENUE FOR ME IS : 1》 A SMITHSONIAN , WANNA BE (ENDEARING) 2》 A LOOK BACK INTO THE HISTORY OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION 3》 AN ENGINEERING ICON , CONSIDERING THE YEARS OF CONSTRUCTION 4》 A BI-LEVEL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION HUB 5》 SERVING TRAINS N-S , E-W , BUS SERVICE ALSO , N-S & E-W In conclusion this Venue (My Opinion) has survived the ravishes of time . All be it , declaratively exposing deterioration . Both visually including it's pungent smells . Yes , it's completely incongruent to newer , glistening Structure's . This Hub , is functioning admirably in our present , high volume Society ! THAT'S MY STORY AND . . . ! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ These pics are from the Bus Stop at Roosevelt Ave. & Red Line . They are at Street Level , looking both Eastbound & West Bound . From the North Side of Street Perspective on the Curb Line .

Chicago CTA is a joke lunatics routinely roaming the station. 1st orange line train to Midway showed 20 mins late on 6-17-17 because some clown was roaming the tracks upstream at the loop. Post some accurate and timely delay info so I can take Uber when your chitty trains shutdown to remove the lunatics from the tracks

A very busy and useful stop on the CTA map that connects north with south. The upper platform serves Orange and Green Lines, while the underground subway serves the Red Line. However, the connection is rather lengthy, involving many flights of stairs, escalators, elevators and hallways. The platform is covered, but very exposed to the elements in inclement weather. The subway is a bit dilapidated and is often crowded. In short: it is functional, but not overly enjoyable to use.
