I was at the embassy over a year ago and they provided the service that I needed - renew my Thai ID - with a warm welcome, polite manner, and willingness to help and get things done without delay. I thought they did a very good job. Today, April 20, 2018 I went to the embassy to apply for new passports for myself and family members. Once again, the appointment was at 9 am and the four of us got through the whole process for new passport within 1 hours, faster than expected and with no issue. The three embassy staff whom we met today were quite efficient, helpful, and did their tasks quite well. I want to confirm that my two experiences at the embassy were excellent and the staff perform their jobs very well. Note that before I went to the embassy to get what I need, I made my appointments online via the embassy website. I read all instructions and prepared all documents as requested and shown on the website for what I need to do. If I have a question, I would call and write email to get what I need to do before going to the embassy. Please also note that the embassy is not a commercial business entity or a Call Center. This is a Thai government office! Be respectful!!
