Really good burgers plus they got refill fries which were awesome! Only reason I gave a 4 star review would be because there was one waiter that threw the straws on the table which was pretty rude. Other than him it was perfect after a shopping 😍 experience at Citadel.

This place is a cute, fun diner that is 50’s style. Just finished dining here with my wife and child. Pros: Affordable Some of the food, like their shakes and ranch, are top notch Kids Menu comes with a model car you can build Bottomless Fries Cons: sometimes the food is awful or service is slow, depends on the staff that day

These guys have killer shakes and decent fries/burgers at low cost! They’ll even let your kid build a model care while he waits for his food! Sometimes the meat has been stale I think they have understaffed recently. The place is clean and organized in the food court at Citadel Outlets. The garlic parmesan fries were to die for and they’re bottomless!

I had a salad which was nice but they put WARM chicken on it, which is just strange-it just wilts the lettuce and isn't very pleasant. The people in the booth next to me had to be reseated due to a cockroach crawling on the wall. I know roaches can be hard to manage but I got outta there fast because where there's one roach...there's more you can't see.

I ordered a waffle to go at 9:00 am and waited for over 20 min just for them to tell me that their waffle machine was not working. They made me wasted valuable time and the incompetence of the staff baffles me. I will not be returning to this place.
