Had my first experience with Rupert Hayes today, at their temporary home in John Dalton Street. As I usually avoid having my hair cut, until absolutely necessary, I was rather trepidatious of the experience. I needn't have worried. Rupert and his team put me at ease as soon as I arrived and held my hand — in the metaphorical sense — as I presented a string of unsuitable hairstyles for my hair type. Listening to my concerns and offering advice, a style was finally agreed upon, but Rupert stopped at each stage to ensure I was happy with the progress and whether any changes needed to be made before continuing. Needless to say, the outcome was more than satisfactory and I have a shiny, trendier new hair style as a result. Can't wait to return to their new salon and choose some colours to further brighten the mop.

I live in the city centre and have struggled to find a salon that I like (I don't really like getting my hair cut anyway) but Megan was great, she listened to what I wanted and checked in to see if I was happy with her approach. Megan cut my hair and I am very happy with the result - thank you! The haircut is so good that I wouldn't need to use styling products. Very friendly atmosphere. This beautiful salon is a gem.
