Friendly service from the moment I walked in. Easy to book online also. In the past the staff have reserved products for me when I called to see if they were in stock. Today I was there for 4 hours having full colour, cut and style done. Was offered refreshments at least every half an hour. Felt well looked after and I love my new colour and style. Excellent value as half price colour on a Tuesday! 😃

I didn't actually visit but was due to. They wanted to charge me nearly £170 for a full head bleach and a shave cut! My hair is 4" long. I've been a customer of Rush for over 17 years and the price seems to vary depending on which salon you visit. I've paid as little as £80 or sometimes £85? but never that amount and I never would. It's unjustifiable considering also they have a seperate price list for men who pay half the price as women do. Blatant sexism! I absolutely will not be returning. Took myself to a fab London salon, they looked at the length of my hair and charged me accordingly. I paid £45 with lots of discounts for further visits, a loyalty scheme and 20% off all salon products with any visit. Sorry Rush but shame on you. I wish I'd taken my 17 years service to you elsewhere.

I had an appointment at Rush Epsom last night and unfortunately didn't receive what I had asked for, colour wise. I booked for a re-growth colour and cut and finish. I explained I wanted something close to my natural colour but blended into my existing highlights. My hair now has a copper colour at the roots (definitely not my natural colour) and no trace of any of my former highlights. I almost have one block of colour which is much darker than my natural colour and much darker than I've ever been before. My appointment before this (in May I think) I had highlights but I specifically asked not to go too blonde and I came out bright blonde. So that is twice now that I have received bad service regarding colour. I won't be going to Rush Epsom or indeed any Rush every again.

WORST HAIRDRESSERS, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO RUSH! I really wanted a balayage and so after having had a serious of mediocre haircuts I was immediately drawn in by the results promised to me by the hairdressers at Rush, they gushed about the seemingly 'amazing' discount I was getting yet still charged me an extra £30 for pri-pigmentation (which after consulting another hairdresser I found out they charged me for but didn't even do!) They were all very welcoming with drinks and chocolate, I showed them a few reference pictures of what i wanted; a light blonde on the end going into an ashy blonde that could naturally flow into my darker roots. They assured me this would be easily done. 4 hours later, I leave the store over a £130 down and now a BRUNETTE. Being in a darkly lit store and not seeing the extent of the damage combined with being too English for my own good, I just nodded when asked if I liked it. The moment I got home and looked into the mirror i burst into tears, now realising the extent of their failure. They had even COVERED the t-shirt I wore there in hair dye, the lack of professionalism actually shocked me! I phoned them up immediately and asked if I could come in to discuss them fixing it to which they reluctantly agreed. The next day all the politeness had gone, no offer to take my coat, no offer of drinks or chocolate just down to business. The MANAGER proceeded to not only insult me by calling me confrontational and aggressive despite me being very polite (just for saying "well I would argue that this isn't the colour I asked for") but then the manager went to the back of the store and started laughing and insulting me with her fellow employees, loudly within earshot of where I was siting. She then proceeded to tell me that the hair was exactly what i asked for and she didn't know why I was complaining (even after i presented a side by side picture of the 2 hairstyles) and that any 'fixing' of it would have to be FULLY paid for by me. Shocked I then asked about my t-shirt to which I got the answer if it doesn't come out in a fortnight then MAYBE she'll give me a little money to cover the cost, the key emphasis on the word maybe, I fully expect I would have got just as cold a reception then as it did that day. All in all please if you value your hair and money DO NOT go to Rush, they are rude, poor hairdressers and incredibly unprofessional. Not to mention this not being an isolated incident and always hearing myriad of similar complaints the moment I even bring up the company's name. Perhaps if you want a simple trim then take a risk but anything else DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Excellent service, my colourist did a brilliant job matching the colours for me and Sophia cut my hair really well and gave me a beautiful blow dry. Very friendly team and I'm really pleased with the results, would definitely recommend.
