I had a visit with a male dentist at Salisbury house dental clinic about 20 days ago he was very friendly and professional, after I had x ray we agreed on a price for the job to be done which I was very happy. 3 days after a spoke with the receptionists and asked her if I could be booked in the day after, she said that was ok for me to attend the next day at 4:30pm(Friday 10/03) having said that when I received the appointment confirmation e-mail it said Friday 24/03. I then e-mailed back informing her of the mistake after that she sent me 2 more booking confirmation with wrong date again, only then I was finally booked in for the right day. so on Friday at 4:30pm I was at the door and I found out it was close so I called them, and voice mail said that they were close at that moment, before I left I asked information at the building receptionist and they said nobody was in the whole day, I waited 1 week hoping they would contact me for rebooking and explanation of the inconvenient but this didn't happen, so I called them to get at least my x ray scan and when I mentioned the missed appointment she started to find excuses saying that the dentist couldn't attend and his cover didn't show up, (not to mention that she lied to me saying that she e mailed to inform me, but she couldn't prove it). at last I asked her if I could get my x ray as I wanted to go somewhere else and she said she will ask the dentist and let me know(she didn't apologise to me, and she didn't put effort to rebook me in for a visit to keep me as customer) today I called her again after 4 days as obviously she didn't get back to me for the x ray , she said will talk to the dentist tomorrow. in the mean time i am still stuck with the pain
