Stayed there in March 2017. The condo was huge, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room and a decent sized kitchen. The ocean views were gorgeous. The only downfall was no air conditioning. The pool was very nice. The bar/restaurant served great drinks and food but closed way too early. The happy hour at the bar was great.

Great views! Great pool and restaurant. Building 4 currently under construction... Elevator rarely worked and NO air conditioner! We didn't know this until we arrived--so hot during the days but fine at night. Has ceiling fans but trying to get ready at the vanity to go out was so hot because of no air flow.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best prices around... Sleeping to the sound of the ocean waves is a new and very pleasant experience. No air conditioning but none needed. Room was clean, older/dated but well cared for finishes. Snorkeling right outside the hotel, we saw sea turtles, A LOT of sea turtles. They have a lovely semi-private black sand beach with paddle board and kayak rentals. There is a surf break close enough to walk "S-Turns" bike rentals are walking distance. No issues parking. The "Engineering" / Maintenance was right outside our 1st floor/ocean view room & they are fairly inconsiderate about how much noise they make considering the open windows but we were gone most days so no big deal. Nice/clean gas grills available all over the property, on-site restaurant was good, overlooks the pool and hot tub which were nice. Staff was very polite although check-in was an hour late and they can't guarantee ocean view. We waited on the beach. They have classes weekdays lei making, coconut painting, ukulele, etc. Our leis were lovely and fun to make. Overall would stay again. Maui is wonderful, more natural and laid back than Oahu.
