I was charged $61 for only one hour. My fault was I trust them and I purchase online to get 50% off.

I was charged $61 for only one hour. My fault was I trust them and I purchase online to get 50% off. Never purchase online from them. If you purchase online for all day parking it’s normally $30 and you will get 50% off. But if you didn’t stay for all day and leave earlier they will charge you further $45. Ps. Not suitable for big cars.

Online booking system didn't work properly, booked for the wrong date despite selecting my date several times, assumed after selecting the date I wanted five times that it couldn't possibly book the incorrect date shown. Wrong. Cancelled the booking and was promised a refund that never came. Don't waste your time.

Being from the country and not knowing prices of parking in melbourne almost had a heart attack being charged $75 dollars for just over two hours sure ruined our Christmas present at the comedy theater watching jersy night .Thats it for us no more live shows in city really feeling ripped off very disappointed

After a stressful drive to the city there was 1 carspace left between a wall and a column. I couldnt open my car door and had to climb over seats. Older people would not have coped at all. Lifts are too slow. I had to jump down the car ramp to get down in time. Almost missed the show I came to the city to see. Not a pleasant experience. Never again!
