Better to buy from Carrefour, they have a better customer service rules and staff. They do have a 'Customer Happiness Desk' here but seems the staff are confused between the words 'Happiness' and 'Frustration'. To buy an$2,000 they needed 24 hours and to get it from Jumbo! And to replace a defective mosquito killer worth of 42 Dirhams, it took them 7 days, nobody called and they claimed the defective device was checked by the technician and they didn't provide the technician's findings although I asked for it. Upon checking their refund and exchange policy hidden in their Customer Happiness Room, most of their items are not exchanged or refunded, so better to check before you buy.
