We closed an account at the agency at the end of October. Gave our credit cards, check book and a letter, as the agency asked in order to close the account. 3 months later, the account is still not closed, despite several phone calls to the agency. We empty the account with a bank transfer, as the manager suggested so that they will finally close the account. SFR decided to still take money from the account (after sending them info for our new bank account - by post, phone and email...another incompetence story) - as there was no money on the account, SG paid SFR and charged us a fine for our account going into the minus! What?
