Generally speaking they do a great job. I was frustrated because I paid for tire shine and I asked them about it before leaving (didn’t get out to check) and they said it was done (and they took the card noting the extra service) however when I got home it was clearly not done when I checked it. it’s important to inspect your car when they are done. UPDATE: the quality has dropped. Forget the tire shine. These guys are so busy because of the limited competition. Forget drying the car or wiping down the center console. After the wash they just wipe the windshield and you’re on your way. I made the mistake of buying the 7 pack of car washes. Unfortunately I’ll have to live through this for another 5 or lose my money.
