I own a Flooring store in country Victoria that I have worked in for 43 years, so I understand what good service is all about, we didn’t walk into the store expecting to drive out in a new car, we only went to Melbourne to look. To say that we were surprised at the knowledge and service we received from Terry is an understatement. When we couldn’t find what we want, he asked what we were looking for, after a rather brief description Terry said I have just what you want, hang on a minute and proceeeded to drive in the car we ended up buying. I have purchased at least 8 cars in my time and never have I ever had service like that. My wife and I can’t thank Prestige enough for their professional and personal service. We love our new car ♥️

Great Service and High quality cars. Terry Walsh is very focused on customers' needs and he did his best for me to help me get the car I wanted. he is very friendly and made me feel comfortable and definitely he gained my trust with his service and honesty. He does what he promises. He did his best also to make the car available for me on Friday then I can enjoy it in the weekend. Thanks Terry and I will definitely be a regular customer in future.

Fantastic service from Terry Walsh, very friendly, attentive and always on hand to ensure buying my new car was a great experience. Very easy to deal with and very frank about all car issues. Also timely and thorough in attending to all requests. I recommend you speak to Terry if looking for a vehicle in good condition and a great buyer experience. I've bought many cars in my short life, and each time my experience has been good, without being really special - at least not commensurate with the money that was spent. Not so the case with Southbank Prestige and in particular Terry Walsh. Terry was not only professional, he was honest, straightforward and a real gentleman - a rarity in this industry and an unexpected pleasure. I highly recommend the dealership and if you get a chance to deal with Terry, you will not be disappointed. Be prepared to have him go the extra mile for you! Thanks Terry and team - and like the car I bought, my expectations were definitely exceeded :)
