The superior room was amazing overlooking British library. It was big and had all the amenities one would expect from a reputed hotel including great hospitality. Morning breakfasts have a good spread. Since, it is located right next to the station, connectivity is good. Overall very satisfied with the stay and recommend it highly.

Had a one hour treatment at the spa. Masseuse was very good - 30 minute scrub and 30 minute massage, followed by a couple hours of using the general facilities (good sauna, consistently 90°C, good strong jets in combined pool/jacuzzi). The spa wasn't busy at all on a Sunday and staff were all very helpful. Convenient location. I left feeling relaxed (enough to go straight to bed!) and with nice soft skin. Only loses a star as the treatments are on the very pricey side.

Home away from home. I spend four to five weeks a year in the UK. Whenever I am in London, I stay at the St. Pancras and have done so for over six years. The building is impressive, beautiful old world charm. The convenience for business and vacation travelers is nearly as grand as the famous staircase…three major train lines within a five-minute walk and houses five underground tube lines. I have stayed in many of the hotel's rooms, from the standard wing to the Chambers. As a Platinum Premier Member, I stay in a lot of hotel room, many of which often look the same no matter where you are in the world. The Chambers rooms at the St. Pancras deliver a unique experience and are easily my favorite within the Marriott family. The Chambers lounge is an oasis within the hotel. Even if you have a suite, it’s an extended dining and living room easily enjoyed. I often use this lounge for one on one business meetings. I can not say enough about the staff. Hotels, like all business, have turnover, especially with the advancement programs Marriott offers. Over the past six years I meet interacted with many staff members, and they have undoubtedly always been friendly, courteous and attentive. It’s a major testament to the effectiveness of training and management at the hotel. The St. Pancras Concierge Team defines helpful. Professional, knowledgeable and warm are the ways I describe the team. They are always quick with a recommendation and help to navigate any part of the city. They have ALWAYS delivered and made each stay memorable. They are the heart of St. Pancras in my option.

This gorgeous hotel is located one block from Kings Cross Underground station, very convenient. The rooms are well-appointed and very, very quiet. The spa is an amazing experience -- bring your swimsuit! The only strange thing is that you can't plug the room's hairdryer in in the bathroom; it has to be plugged in elsewhere in the room. But that wouldn't keep me from staying here every time I come to London!

Try to stay in a chamber rooms (1st floor) at least once, which is a different type of feel than the other rooms. Some of the chamber rooms face the train station which seems cool at first (looking out your window you see trains!), but then you are realize at night you'll need some earplugs to drown some noise that can arise from the train station. I was lucky enough to experience and get access to the chambers club as well, which allows you access to FREE daily delicious breakfast, afternoon teas, and more. But what I love the most is that this hotel spills out to lots of interesting shops in Kings Cross. And of course, close proximity to access the trains that can take you to Paris, and the tube. Highly recommend staying in this place.
