Amazing! It's £18 to get in but well worth it if you carve out enough time to get to see everything. Down in the crypt there are the tombs of Nelson & Wellington & many other great generals and poets and authors. Then there's the nave and views of the stunning dome, altar etc. You can also climb up to three different levels. First are some easy low step stairs to the Whispering Gallery with views into the cathedral itself. Then up steeper stone steps to step outside onto the Stone Gallery with amazing views across London. Then up a crazy metal circular staircase and through narrow passages to the Golden Gallery, a narrow platform round the outside of the top of the dome. This bit tends to be busy and you'll have to be patient shuffling round in single file. But the amazing views are well worth it! A great few hours spent!!

There are no words to describe how beautiful and amazing this is. If you like old, historic cathedrals this is the cream of the crop. The architecture is breathtaking. You cannot take pictures but you won't need to as the images will be burned in your memory forever. This is a definite bucket list place. If you have it in you, climb to the top of the cathedral. Very narrow and steep but the views have no equal.

I absolutely love churches and cathedrals and I definitely love St. Paul's. The architecture of the cathedral is absolutely outstanding - you can view it all over Central London and you can't miss it. The gardens immediately surrounding the cathedral are beautiful and well maintained. You can walk into the immediate entrance of the cathedral for free however you have to pay to go any further. You can see most of the cathedral interior from the entry point anyway, and the prices were rather extortionate. A landmark you must definitely try and see when you visit London!

There has been a cathedral on this site forever: a visit to The Museum of London will inform the visitor of wooden versions from medieval times. This one is the most infamous, if not as yet, the most lasting. Sir Christopher Wren was, by trade an astronomer. His primary discipline was astrophysics. The dome is deceptive: it has a cone in the middle with the dome built around it. The cathedral can be seen from across the river and is stunning from anywhere, however, is best approached from the Millennial Bridge. From the end of the bridge to the cathedral approach, there is some interesting sculpture, a nice pub and plenty of greenery to hang around in whist taking in the view from the outside. It never fails or ceases to amaze and bedazzle.

A must visit place in London. One of the unique church in terms of architecture. The building of the cathedral is unique, as it comprises of many round domes. Also photography lovers will love the place. They charge 18€ for a visit. But you can go there in "evening prayer" for free, which is there from 5-5:45. And is worth going there.
