These guys did some light body work on my car. A couple days after picking the car back up, I noticed some small flaws in the repair work. I took it back to Stadium Auto Body and they were incredibly apologetic and responsive. They took full responsibility, made the appropriate repairs quickly and professionally, and were generally a pleasure to work with. Great customer service and fantastic final product!

Had a scratch on the side of my car. They told me it would take a week to repair, which in itself was surprising considering the damage wasn't extensive. Nonetheless, I leave the car for an entire week. Then silence. I don't get a call about the repair estimate. They did submit the estimate to the insurance, which paid it, and which is how I became aware of the amount. Finally, after a week goes by, I call and they tell me the car is not ready yet. All in all, quite disappointed with the service. Won't be using them again.

I'm not sure what all of these negative reviews are about... I've brought my car here several times.

I'm not sure what all of these negative reviews are about... I've brought my car here several times. The staff are always very friendly and responsive to questions, the work is great, they tow (through AAA) and since they are preferred by my insurance they do all of the estimates and appraisals.

We called in to have our dead car towed, the first guy took our info and said it would be about an hour. An hour passes and a second (different) guy calls and says there will be a 30 minute delay. 45 minutes pass and nobody has shown up so we call to see what the deal is. A third (different) guy answers and says he has "no idea what we're talking about and that the only tow man working today is helping the police." Honestly, we should have figured as during street cleaning season we have observed their abusive tactics to pick up cars. Crooks, SAD! Also very unprofessional and rude on the phone, constantly talking over and making assumptions.

AMATURES. No sense of urgency. Poor communicators. I called road side assistance and unfortunately they were contracted with these dimwits. Instead of showing up like a professional, their driver called me (just 3 rings), I couldn't get to his call so he took another job, and I ended up waiting an additional hour, on top of the 1.5 hours I had to wait for these amatures. What a sorry lot of time wasters. Stay AWAY.
