It's Staples... no surprises. Just tech and office stuff. The staff do their best to make the experience pleasant, but signage and organization can be hit-or-miss. Still a good place for work related needs.

Excellent service. The store manager went above and beyond to identify the price of a defective item which I did not have the receipt for. He gave me a credit towards buying another item. This location is much more helpful and gives better service than the other Burnaby location. Do yourself a favour... if you are shopping at Staples, go to this store on Lougheed, not the one on Grandview.

Not too thrilled when I saw the ticket on my dash for parking on there parking lot for a quick take out. Reading all these nasty google reviews about this location is a good indication as to why the parking lot is always empty and why nobody goes there. Regional should really look into this because it's just a waste of a building. As for the staff personal that called Diamond Parking, please find a new career somewhere where your happy! Because if you were trained to watch a parking lot all day and call Diamond Parking on a potential or repeat customer. Please, do yourself a favor and get out of there! There's better jobs then giving out poor customer service antic's.

Called and asked if they had a certain product and the person didn't seem to care to check but said they have it, right away. Went there all the way from Coquitlam. But they did not have it . Understand Workers and busy and all but isn't serving customers their job .

For any printing needs ask for Betty @ 4265 Lougheed Highway in Burnaby. She's the best. She's extremely knowledgeable, she resolves any and all problems and she's a very personable person. I highly recommend her.
