I purchased an TV/entertainment unit from this store. The sales rep were extremely honest and helpful. The particular unit I purchased was quite timely and a pain to put assemble with a lot of pieces. The sales rep told me off the bat, what to expect with putting it together (so I knew what I was getting into). They also assisted me to load it in my friend's SUV since was 70+ lbs. Needless to say a friend and I spent over 4 long, tedious, frustrating hours putting it together, and I kept reminding myself that I knew what I was getting into. Once it was assembled it was well worth the work and effort. Excellent value for the price.

Calvin from the Queen St E location was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful while I searched for loving and dining room furniture. The delivery was easy. The products look great. Only disappointment was my coffee table was scratched within a week even with being extremely careful!

The staff at this location was very polite and helpful. I was able to take my time to stroll around and they were always around to answer questions without hovering. A nice blend.

We ordered furniture for our office which looks great but not the best quality. I realize this furniture is not mean for commercial office use but this is a small team and the items do not get used that often. They had immediate damages that happened from minor use. Kind of disappointing, but will give credit to the one staff in the store who took care of us every time we went in. I would not buy again from Structube for my home.

Structube carries a great collection of modern furniture. The reps working at this location are very helpful and friendly. There is street parking right outside the store too, which makes it really convenient. I bought a dining table from them - superb quality and very easy to assemble. If you get a price that suits your pocket, don't give it a second thought, just go for it. I will recommend strucktube. However, you have to be 100 percent sure about what you are buying as return and exchange could be a pain.
