Certainly overpriced on some items like screws. At first, I didn't like the policy of no refunds on tools but I can now understand because undoubtedly some customers were just borrowers and returned after using. And yes, parking can be a hassle.

I've never had any negative experiences at this location. I came on a Sunday and was fortunate to find a parking space, since their lot is small with only 7 spaces to park. Main reason I come here is because they're much closer than Home Depot. And you can always find someone to help you, whereas with those big-box stores it's hard to find someone at times. Today Mae (sp?) was able to help me with an item that I needed and asked her if they could custom cut it to size. She said they may not be able to, but she went out her way to find someone to do it. She got Justin to do it for me for a small fee! A+ service! 👍 4-stars because parking can be a problem.

Prices are a ripoff and they don't know anything about their products. Manager outright mean. Not sure how these guys are able to stay open but don't expect this business to last long. Plenty of better hardware stores in the area who understand what they sell and understand customer service. Won't return.
