Customer Service here is horrible. Even the managers who work at the customer service are clueless of their own policy (with the exception of this 1 guy who is very mellow and helpful). They always act like a smart ass when requesting for a price match. As if you are there to steal their products! It clearly said on their policy that they price match competitor prices and even their own website! Hate shopping at this location, but it just so happened it’s very convenient for me, since this is the closest TARGET from my house. Comparison wise the BEST shopping experience I get is at their Covina location. Their customer service there are very helpful and always willing to help, compared to this Baldwin Park location. Do yourself a BIG Favor, if you have a choice to going and shopping at another TARGET location aside from this one, you may just skip this place if you don’t want to get your day ruin!
