I would give this branch and TD in general a negative 5 if that was possible. Where do I start, they messed up my partners date of birth on our home loan causing issues with Equifax which have taken 2 months to resolve and cost us money. They put me a as a Mr. when I opened my account in person and didn't fix it when I pointed out it was wrong so then as my account was suspended every time I would call phone banking but I was never told why. I went into this branch 2 times and they couldn't figure out what the issue was. Finally someone on phone banking clued me into the fact that I was listed as a man. I will never use this branch again. If it wasn't for my mortgage broker choosing TD I would divest immediately.
