Worst customer service experience ever. Jay was telling me they can't do the price matching as Harvey Norman had cheaper price, because he was saying it's going under cost. And I told him dandenong good guys did price matching for me and he said go back there. I shouldn't have to remind them about the procedure. Never go back again.

Pathetic customer service that I've ever seen. Waited for someone to just help us out select a TV, he was busy with a customer, we understand. But no one else to help at all???? Seriously? Staff came and went and they kept telling we can take whatever we like, if that's the case we can buy online, why come to your store???? Another person comes and tell "it's just 5 mins that you are waiting and you will have to wait" but we were waiting for last 20 Mins! We spend 30 mins in the store waiting for someone just to share his knowledge on a good TV! What a TIME WASTE! Never visiting the store again.
