Can I just say how thankful I am for Joe and Patty. I ordered tiles online for an in-store pick up and it was so quick and so efficient that I know for a fact that I'll be back. Great employees like these two are the reason why this Home Depot is getting a 5 star rating. You guys are truly valuable, thank you!

The WORST. Purchased a washer and dryer from this location this year. The equipment is fine, but took over 8 hours in the store on multiple visits, two separate deliveries, and a month to get the order right. Oh, and general hold time before reaching someone on the phone is about 40 minutes in my experience.

A store survives because existentially, it's there—that is the the Home Depot story. Well stocked,

A store survives because existentially, it's there—that is the the Home Depot story. Well stocked, true, but with a staff that knows very, very little, but LIES (sure, its on aisle 21), they are unhappy as seem. I have found VERY little satisfaction shopping there, but then again, it's there.

An employee who appeared to be re-stocking shelves seemed put out by my request for assistance. He "helped," but it turned out he didn't really know what he was talking about, so I discovered when I got home and tried to do my little project with an item he'd recommended. A bit of a bitter pill for me to swallow, especially because employee assistance is so hard to find in there. Generally there aren't enough employees around on the floor.
