I just called to ask about replacement parts and the guy who answered was Super nice and helpful. Offered to replace my part or i could call the 800# i called since i have no way to the store, and customer service was also SUPER nice. Replaced my part and sent my son another set. 😍 thanks

There’s a manager called Lynn, she was the rudest with us today and shouted at me in front of people about my son’s scooter ( like 3 times, even though he wasn’t using it after the first time she told me) she was rude and unprofessional. I wonder why she is the manager of a lego store when she doesn’t have people skills. We felt truly unwelcomed, discriminated and her lack of respect for people is massive, she wouldn’t smile at anyone, even on a busy sunday. She is supposed to be friendly and welcome people that is spending at the store paying fot her salary but instead she has a long face all the time. Even though we spent our money there, Im not coming back and Im telling my friends to not go there.
