Appalling service from bar staff. When I arrived the bar was empty when the waitress arrived she was more interested into clutching onto her handbag than serving the only customer. After sitting for twenty minutes waiting for friends to arrive a 'reserved' sign was dumped on the table without comment by another equally surly waitress. When I enquired from what time she looked affronted that I'd spoken to her. Another waiter arrived saw I had a menu asked if I wanted to order food I said I was waiting for a colleague. He nodded and smiled went back to the bar. When my colleague arrived we went to order and were informed that the kitchen was now closed... at 17.15 when your hoarding advertises food. Not happy nil point!
