The Original London Sightseeing Tour london

Long wait between buses. Once we had to wait for half an hour. In the meantime four buses of one other tour went past. We were told that the original London tour only had two buses on that route. We saw four of a rival company, also we were asked twice to change bus, very inconvenient when you are with someone with limited mobility. They get one star because 0 is not possible!!! Based on my experience I would NOT recommend this tour at all!!!

Was marginally alright. Used 2 of the buses. The first had a lady giving a very dull commentary. We left that bus and joined one with a recorded tour. That was better but not exactly overwhelming... Seemed to spend a lot of time sitting and waiting at bus stops.

Enthusiastic staff and easy to understand with a radio of you do not speak English routes all around London great classic London thing that you must do.

We missed the starting time for our tour (we originally got off at the wrong Underground station). We showed up, apologized, and asked if we could transfer to a later time. The lady at the desk was so shockingly rude and condescending—refusing to give us a straight answer and instead berating us and mocking us for showing up late—we decided to cancel the tour altogether and take the Underground to the destinations ourselves. I dare say we had a much more pleasant time that way. Tourists beware, this is not exactly a friendly place.

Timetable says 3-10 but arrived after 20 minutes. Started off well with a lovely lady as a tour guide but then had to change bus and the next one did not had one so no one was telling us where we are or the histrory behind! In addition , when we arrived at buckingham it only passed the side rather than the side so we ended up not seeing it at all nor the guards!
