Searched high and low for a ginger cat for my sons birthday, they had none in but kept my number and called me the minute they got them in. He is happy healthy and the best thing I have ever purchased. They are obviously animal lovers and it shows :) Would highly recommend this business to anyone wishing to purchase a pet or pet goods.

Can't say a bad word about these people. When I was a newcomer to the area, and continuing to run my animal rescue sanctuary of 17 years, I could not have asked for more supportive people. They were always willing to advise, (knowledgeably too, may I add) if I needed something they hadn't got, they would get straight on the phone and order it for me, and also check for the cheapest way forward, and very, very fair and helpful. I have seen in one review that someone claimed the owners were not chatty and friendly; I would oppose that. The only time they are not chatty in my experience is when the shop was full and they were concentrating simply on getting everyone served as efficiently and speedily as possible. Big thumbs up from me all round.
