Pretty pricey for baked goods, but overall the atmosphere and food were absolutely delicious. The place is a bit hard to find since its in a residential neighborhood, but the place is absolutely beautiful. If you don't mind hiking up some steep hills then this place should be no problem for you. The Totoro Cream Puffs were absolutely delicious (although it is a bit too sweet for my taste) but costly if you decide to eat it in the cafe instead of take out.

Came here purely for the Totoro stuff, but ended up being pleasantly surprised at the quality of their pasta dishes. Ordered the Aglio Olio Peperoncino with the Iberian Pork Sausage and two of the famous Totoro cream puffs. There were a variety of flavours for us to choose from, and both my friends chose the Chocolate and the Match Atsuki filling. Both my friends loved it. I'm not a dessert guy so I don't know, but I know the pasta dish was really good. Worth the slight walk from Shimo-Kitazawa station!

It’s a small place yet beautiful, you only have 1,5hours to enjoy your meal on the peak hours. You can have this cute totoro puff for ¥400, but there’s another menu like pasta and coffee who had the same delicious taste.
