Location is one of the best, being close to Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale and Studio City all at the same time while feeling as if it was secluded from the city due to its private gated aspect. Gym was renovated in 2018, so all the equipments are brand new and top of the line, including outdoor machines and training areas. There’s even a mini market inside the community that stays open until 10pm in case you don’t want to drive at night for that missing gallon of milk. Staff is super friendly and nice! Really enjoy living here! Special kudos for Gil for being extremely helpful when I needed to change my lease!

The worst place to stay. Would not recommend this place to any one. They they the worst customer service and inaccurate website description about their hotel. We go there at 11:00 am to check in and they told us the room is not ready and will be ready no later then 4:30pm. That was disappointing as when we booked they told us we can check in anytime after 10:30. We arranged flights to make sure we got there on time. Non the less, we left the hotel and went to a near by mall. Got back at 4:40 and found out that our room is still not ready, after arguing a little bit, they told us well the room is ready but has no furniture inside it! Only think in the room at the moment is a bed. So we decided to just get into the room so we can at-least shower and go out while they finish setting up the room. When we entered the room, it was clearly not been cleaned, the counters were all dirty and sticky along with the floor of the room, 30 min later 4 men cam in with all the furniture and made a little bit of a mess installing everything in the room. Then one of the gentleman lightly cleaned the floor and said - the maid service will be here tomorrow to do a full cleaning of the room and apologized and left. The following day after we came back around 4:30 pm to a dirty room that had not been serviced, we tried to inquired about it at the front desk (which was closed) then after making some calls, they tell us that they don't have maid service. There is no one there to clean the room. They only have a maid service that arrives 1's a week. We explained to them that the room was not originally cleaned, the lady's response was "well thats too bad" Horrible service and the worst place to stay.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... the worst experience ever. All the things that were wrong: - The shower did not work, (the shower head was damaged) - The bathroom toilet seat was broken - the bed was so old and was not comfortable at all. - the patio furniture 2 broken plastic chairs, with a old stained plastic table - no maid service (no one to clean the room) - Asked for more towels (someone dropped off a clear garbage bag on the floor with towels in it)

Booked this hotel well in advance and stayed for 3 nights over memorial day long weekend and upon arrival was very pleased. Room was nice, central to where we needed to be and it was secure. However after a day at the Dodgers game we came back to find a bunch tools scattered all over the bathroom counter and the closet being torn apart to install shelving. So they went into my room without notifying me. There is no daily maid service, so in other words my room is off limits. When I called the front desk it went to head office in Phoenix, I expressed my violation of someone coming in and conducting maintenance work on my room without notifying me in advance. He said he would call my onsite management and they would get back to me. 1 hour later I call back, says that someone will call me back. Next day when I was checking out I told the girl at registration my experience and she said the manager would call me as it was Memorial Day and he was off. Totally fine. It is now end of day Wednesday and nobody has called me back, at all... Point is, had I known before I booked "someone will come in and conduct maintenance during my stay" I would've passed on this right away. I don't appreciate having maintenance conducted on my dime. And to think I have a ton of clients that go to LA I would refer this out. But nobody has bothered to get back to me from Sunday...PASS.

False advertisement. I was travelling to LA with my family and it took me just 1 minute to realize I was duped. The apartment that we were allotted was very old, dark and dingy, with smelly/stained carpets, old appliances/fixtures and completely opposite of all pictures advertised. The hallway was dark with people smoking just outside the apartment building. I came out in a minute and asked my wife to check it out as I thought maybe I was just being a bit cynical but she agreed we could not be here on a holiday. It might have had all the basic amenities but everything was very old, dark and nothing like a hotel room that was advertised on the various US travel websites. When I complained at the front desk they simply said that some rooms are renovated and others are not, so in essence you pay up to be entered in a lottery to see if you get your money's worth. They offered to charge me only for the 1st night and refund the remaining and in the best interest of my family I took that offer and ran far away from there. I was disappointed as I had a good experience at their property in Chicago and was expecting the same standards.
