I've been on the phone for more than 2 1/2 hours now. I was "3rd in line" when I called. I believe they left the line open with me still "1st in line" and went home. Never mind, I only left my wallet with cash, all id, and cards on their bus.

Unorganized and rude with zero care for the customers they are there to serve. Transdev drivers are happy to drive past passengers at bus stops and leave them waiting for an hour just to make timetable and meal breaks/ driver swaps.

Unreliable service and aggressive driver. 905 service is so unpredictable, it rarely comes on time.

Unreliable service and aggressive driver. 905 service is so unpredictable, it rarely comes on time. Mostly late, but occasionally leaves too early (2 mins before the scheduled arrival time). Got yelled at yesterday by one of the drivers for pushing the stop button too early, which he says flashed it his eyes and apparently it was common sense for me to know that. I have been catching the same bus for 5 years and no driver has ever expressed that has an issue (or been that aggressive). If anything, most drivers say to do it early so they don't have to stop abruptly. Never expected to be that upset and frightened by catching the bus, and it be as a result of an interaction with the driver. Actively scared to take the bus now. It is bad enough that I have to put up with the ineffective service, but also unnecessary and inappropriate aggression from the driver too now.
