Staff all polite, kind, helpful, considerate, knowledgeable - from security staff at the entrance to staff employed inside - we felt that we were in safe and competent hands - 10h30 appointment on 26 June 2018 - received the answer we were hoping for at 12h30 - two hours later. Take along own refreshments and toys to keep children occupied. Make sure that documentation is all perfectly in order and filed correctly in clearly marked folders.

UK born passport holder (previously worked in Hong Kong) applying for a priority spouse settlement visa for my pregnant wife from Hong Kong taking over 6 weeks is incredulous. Urgent reform needed with this system, woeful customer service for such an extortionate amount of money.

SIMPLY THE BEST! These guys are perfect. Polite and professional. Got my wife’s visa to stay with me. 9:20am submitted docs. 11:45am visa approved. Biometric card reciever in 2 DAYS after appointment. Come prepaired and you will be amazed. But dont come like some people i have see - filling out their application form 15 minutes before the meeting.....really guys... HIGHLY RECOMEND THEIR SERVICES

Nothing good to say about this circus. Went for a spouse visa and what a surprise they refused it, provided more than enough evidence for the application. Refused it on our finances, all this was provided earning more than enough. Looking on the details of the refusal letter and it looks like they have mislaid the finance file of the application what a load of dip sticks but they won’t admit this. Going for an appeal with a barrister, to make sure they actually read the finance part of the application. Sorry but this department and anything to do with the imagration system is really a shower of s..t. Corrupt at all levels, money making scam. I am white British man born and bred with a Ukrainian wife and daughter who has a British passport, we have done everything by the book and really pisses me off how this pethetic country and their imagration system is not fit for purpose. Your quick enough to take the money, quick enough to refuse an application with total incompetence on accessing an application, and quick enough to send back the evidence. Customer service pathetic hiding behind your keyboards, not responding to emails. So well done to your pethetic system that you have ruined another family, and kicked out a British man out of his own country, seriously people this is such a curupt system at all levels and also funny how all the good reviews on here come from India and Pakistan...... says it all really.

After applying priority service( straight forward application) I read some good and bad reviews. Waiting for visa is hard. First things first people should only apply priority if they fulfill all conditions of visa. During wait, checks were done regarding my workplace(if everything is legit then shouldnt worry)but I realised they need to go through every single evidence provided because they cant just trust a piece of paper/document they need to check it. I heard they are short staffed (dont know if its true)So it does take time. I did get frustrated when didnt receive Visa within 30 days too but in the end it was worth waiting. Spouse visa with priority took approx 36 days. I believe there should be a application tracking system with status update.
