I really loved this place because it has a lot of options and different makeup brands, you can also find great deals on some products. However the employees aren't nice at all and they are SO superficial! If you go there and need basic help they'll treat you like you are less and not worth of it. I was very disappointed.

Horrible customer service. And they never have tester supplies ready. I was so mad I couldn’t find anything to try the lipstick I left. A employee I asked for one said they don’t have any. Ummm... could you check in the back? You got one job. So I left and went to Sephora. Sephora at least try !

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I literally was in there for 15 minutes asking the staff to get me a product that wasn't on display, and the woman at the front promised to call someone to help me, so I stood there waiting and they NEVER CAME. I said, I'm still waiting, and no one seemed to care. The other woman working there said, "We are actually understaffed today. It seems like every time I go in there they are UNDER STAFFED. i'M SICK OF THE SERVICE HERE. IT IS SO AWFUL.

Their customer service is terrible. Not one associate was accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, or pleasant. The store was not busy. Locations in Burbank, North Ridge, and Glendale have been more helpful/knowledgeable. Disappointed in service. Will not use this location again.

Customer service is the worst, their employees treat you like a shoplifter just following you around but not offering to help. Every time I go in there the security guard has to follow me, I get it its their job but I am spending money every time I go. This just make me so uncomfortable and I usually just go grab what I need and leave, can't even browse in peace.
