It’s seems like the requirement for post office employees is to be entirely unhelpful, have a lack of efficiency and to be rude and this post office does not disappoint. They are unorganized and slow. Often times you go up to desk after waiting in line only to be told you need to change something and then have to re-wait in line. If you have a good post office I recommend going there and avoiding this one.

Poor lady working so hard and so fast still not allowed to.get a lunch break because of understaffing... Good luck to you and please managers, get someone to help her out

Out of stamps and you can’t even be in the store on a cell phone. I wasn’t even in line just finishing up a call looking at cards and the lady behind the counter yelled at me from 40 feet away asking me to finish my call outside. What a dump!

USPS is given a bad rap at some of their locations, but I have great success with the ones in Agoura and any others in Northern Ca. But 325 N Maple gets definitely sets the bar for poor service. Congrats. My package, which included tracking, was marked as delivered (Online) 5 days ago, to our building. This was on a weekend. I checked with the mail guy (in our building) on Monday and he only had one package for me with the same address as written on the current package I have yet to receive. Tuesday the mail guy still didn't receive anything from USPS, so I drove down to the USPS on Maple and sat in line. I waited about 20 minutes and then was greeted by the woman behind the counter. I said, this package wasn't delivered as it states..... and before I could finish she told me to go to the pick up window and motioned off in the distance. She couldn't help me or even listen to my concern. It was as if I had asked a fry cook at McDonalds to find my mail. I walked in the direction she told me to and stopped at a help desk. This has to be what she was talking about. I had to ask 2 more people before the pointed down this hallway where I waited again. Each person still vague and not really caring that I had a concern, that can easily be fixed. So, now I'm with the pick up worker. I start telling her my problem and she says, oh it has to be with the currier. I say well the currier hasn't delivered it, can you see if its here? Without even moving from her standing position, she says - it's definitely not here. Check with the guy tomorrow. As I'm typing this, it is the next day and our mail guy came and went and has still not received the package. After he gave me the news I promptly went down to our securtiy department and explained what happened and asked if it was possible this could have been taken and dropped behind a desk. He showed me where the packages go for employees during weekend hours. Also of note, I have called the USPS on Maple (supposedly the manager's number) and left messages. I'm sure he/she is dealing with other emergencies they've probably brought upon themselves, but I got my fingers crossed they have my package or at least the decency to return my call.

If I could manage to give this 1/2 a star or no star, I would do that. These are the laziest, most self-entitled group of public servant employees, & you have nowhere to turn to report bad behavior because the whole office is "like that" (Maple Drive). I live on a hill (small hill) at the end of a private drive, & every now & then they'll come up (in a blue moon) to get me to sign for a registered mail package - and leave the rest of the mail in the box at the bottom of the hill in the joint mailboxes at the entrance to the shared drive. Aaaugh!! *faceplant* The back door to our mailboxes has been ripped open(again) & mail stolen from it (again, this is the ...third time, I think?) & the only people who can authorize to get the lock fixed is the BHPO. They're in no hurry. No bother whatsoever. No matter the end of year tax information that has been stolen from our boxes, or packages, or credit card bills - the BHPO doesn't consider this a priority, because walking 5 steps is burdensome for them, so actually picking up the phone and scheduling an appointment so we can be there & handle it from there is just *puff* too *puff* much *puff* work... We had a carrier named Ted who was on our route for a while - everyone loved him - he did everything you would hope a carrier would do, and at X-mas time, EVERYONE gave him $$ bonuses. The woman we have now: we just keep calling & leaving messages with the supervisors 1.) because the supervisor's won't ever/don't answer their phones EVER; 2.) because SOMEONE has to be documenting SOMEWHERE the number of complaints received about a carrier, right? Right? and 3.) the supervisors are the only ones who can schedule the appointments with the locksmiths. But like I said, they're in no hurry to help us, and it's probably a lot easier for them for us to go to THEM at the office on Maple Drive to pick up our mail. Actually, its terribly inconvenient. But BHPO doesn't really give a flying crap what you think. Cause your complaints won't go anywhere or get anything accomplished. This has been proven in the 8 years I've lived here. So - consider this review LESS THAN ONE STAR!!!!!
