I have visited this store 3 times in the past month. Each time the staff went above and beyond for me. The first time I had to buy a replacement phone and the employee took the time to set up my new phone to my preferences and showed me in detail how to operate it. The next time I went in for a screen protector replacement. The employee not only replaced it for free but put it on for me. My last visit I met Josh who was fantastic. I keep getting messages on my phone indicating that my storage is full and my phone is not backed up properly. Josh explained to me that this is just advertisements. He showed me how to check my storage and how to decrease the data used on my phone by closing some un-needed apps. He also showed me that all my data was being properly backed up and I did not need to purchase anything. Thank you Josh for taking the time with an older "untechy" senior!!
