Cassy Peterson is an extraordinary high tech professional who is totally dedicated to her Verizon Cherry Creek customers. Cassy is unusually knowledgeable concerning the many cell phone & other tech products available, & she always takes great pride in providing superb technical assistance and advice. I've been happy to "go out of my way" to see Cassy Peterson whenever I've had a complex cell phone or related issue these past few years. Cassy's great personality, 100% dedication to Verizon's customers and very impressive technical knowledge make her an exemplary tech professional.

I spoke to a customer service representative over the phone who told me since I have been a customer for over 10 years I have a promotion to get discounted line access. The catch is I have to go to a physical store to do that. When I arrived I signed in and waited until an employee Jeff was set to be my helper. I explained my situation and right away Jeff was unenthused and started saying that the previous person I spoke to didn't know what they were talking about and didn't seem to want to help. Jeff then calls the call center and is on the phone for 10 minutes and then hands the phone over to me, the person on the phone puts me on hold for 20 minutes and says there is nothing he can do and his supervisor should be calling me in 20 minutes. I have been waiting for an hour still no call. Point is that Verizon does not care about their customers and their training is awful. Will be switching to a new provider after 10 years.

Just wanted to thank Dan and the rest of the team at Verizon. They were all extremely helpful given my experience at apple... above and beyond makes the customer service world work and these guys have it down pat. Have never had a good experience at version but this changed my mind. Thanks guys!!

They allow people to connect lines under false pretense and don't asked for proper information.. Now they have given me a number that doesn't even work to claim fraud.. Nate the so called manager was not helpful and snotty when called out on this.. He acted as if this was not his problem even though it was his store the items were purchased, I asked if they had cameras and he was not forth coming with this information...
