The reminder system is stupid. This is how NOT to do reminders. They send out reminders 2 months before it's due. Then 4 weeks after it's due you get an overdue notice and a fine. Why not send a reminder a week before instead of making huge profits from the fact that everyone forgets the 2 month old invoice. Use the brains God gave you and think like a normal human being.

Since Matt Elmer became our building's manager it has been an excellent experience. Previously it was difficult to get any action or helpfulness, but Matt has been amazing - he responds to queries on the same day, is approachable and happy to take calls, provides great suggestions which lead to improvements and more efficient use of funds and is lovely and personable making it a pleasure to deal with him. He responds constructively to concerns and issues and is a great advocate for us with anyone working on our building. Can't speak highly enough of Matt!

This company has been wonderful and instrumental in guiding us through the termination of a very difficult BC company. Then through out set up process and handover to our OC manager Joe and Paula have been professional, friendly and transparent. Thanks guys very happy to finally be managed by a group that actually cares.
