When you telephone this bank it feels like calling a friend as they are happy to hear from you. Furthermore I never feel like a KPI and being rushed through a phone call. I seldom go in to the branch but when I do it feels like a small country bank (which is a good thing) again I don't feel like a number. Keep up the good work.
