Great store. Friendly informed service. They are very accommodating and will explain the use of a suggested tool. They have fair prices. Even though the store is small, they seem to have what I need.

Not friendly at all and have limited stuff. Yes they're convenient, but twice the price of Home Depot and bad attitude towards accommodating clients. I needed a screwdriver on a Saturday afternoon and asked if they'd stay open 2 minutes past 6 as I live in the area and needed 8 minutes to walk, and the clerk said no, they close at 6 and to come the next day! Horrible attitude for a small business trying to compete against big box orange at twice the prices. Off to Home Depot to pay 1/2 the price!!

Went here looking for a particular shower valve, and although they didn't have it in stock, they were knowledgeable and very friendly. Good neighborhood hardware store.

The staff is helpful, the air conditioning is cold, and when I purchased a soda, they threw in a free bottle opener/paint key; a staff member even held the door open for me so I could make it out with my freshly-opened soda :)
